Answer: Our meeting point is at our main shop located just outside the historical park. Exact directions and a map link will be sent upon booking confirmation.
Answer: Not at all! The terrain in Ayutthaya is completely flat, and we ride at a leisurely pace. Our tours are highly suitable for all fitness levels.
Answer: Yes! It is a fantastic family-friendly activity. We provide child-sized bicycles and safe child seats upon request.
Category 2: Booking & Payment

Answer: We accept online bank transfers, major credit cards, and cash payments on the day of the tour.
Answer: Yes, all online transactions are processed through highly secured, encrypted payment gateways to protect your information.
Answer: For regular small group tours, you can simply pay on arrival. For large private groups, a small deposit may be requested in advance.
Category 3: Tour Details & Inclusions
Answer: Yes, all temple entrance fees mentioned in your specific itinerary are completely covered in your tour package.
Answer: We provide refreshing drinking water and local snacks on all tours. Our Full Day Tour also includes an authentic Thai lunch.
Answer: Absolutely. We provide well-maintained city bikes and sanitized helmets for all participants.
Answer: To ensure a personalized, safe, and engaging experience, we keep our groups small, usually capping at 10 riders per guide.
Category 4: Preparation & Safety
Answer: Out of respect for the local culture, shoulders must be covered, and shorts or skirts should be knee-length or longer when entering temples.
Answer: We recommend bringing comfortable riding clothes, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a camera, and a little pocket money for personal souvenirs.
Answer: Your safety is our top priority. Our experienced guides lead you through quiet back roads, alleys, and dedicated paths to avoid heavy main road traffic.
Answer: Yes. For your own safety and in strict compliance with our company policy, wearing a helmet is mandatory while riding.
Category 5: Cancellation & Weather Policies
Answer: Tours proceed in light rain (we provide rain ponchos). In case of severe weather, we will offer a free reschedule or a full refund.
Answer: You will receive a 100% full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time.
Answer: Yes, date changes are absolutely free of charge, subject to availability. Please notify us as early as possible.
Answer: To be fair to other guests, our tours depart strictly on time. Late arrivals cannot be rescheduled or refunded, so please plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
